Of course, fasting isn't suitable for everyone, but if your body can handle it, it's worth considering. Practicing intermittent fasting has brought additional years to my life and significantly enhanced my overall well-being. Its benefits go beyond just losing weight. It aids mental clarity, boosts the production of human growth hormone which helps in building lean muscle mass, reduces insulin levels, triggers autophagy (a cellular cleansing process), lowers blood pressure, decreases cholesterol, and even helps lower the risk of cancer.
